Iranian Culture and Art Club of Fresno operates as a nonprofit nonreligious corporation. It is organized under the Nonprofit Literary and Educational Organization Corporation Law for the purpose of promoting secular understanding and promotion of Iranian Arts, Culture and customs within the meaning of Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986

ICAC (kanoon) shall provide a forum for the better understanding and promoting the Iranian language (Farsi), literature, arts, and culture having secular purposes, establish and maintain a place wherein persons who are interested in middle eastern, Persian and Iranian art, history, culture and customs can gather, celebrate, learn and participate in ceremonies and gatherings, promote an understanding of ancient Persian and modern Iranian customs and language for the purpose of preserving, promoting and instituting Iranian Heritage among persons who resides in San Joaquin Valley who are either from Iranian Heritage or are interested in Persian or Iranian culture, arts and customs.

The Corporation is not associated with any country or political movement and is an entirely non-political and non-religious organization. ByLaw
